- **We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team.**_

**What you’ll do**

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for possess a passion for visual presentation and cosmetic marketing. You will be part of a winning team that provides a unique and memorable shopping experience to every customer. Creatively present merchandise and manage store space to support seasonal projection. Including but not limited to
- Drive traffic and sales by changing the location of merchandise to meet the needs of the store.
- Perform physical tasks and work at height, such as changing displays and signs.
- Plan and design visual displays in-store or in windows to promote products or convey a specific theme.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising team.
- Attend Product Knowledge sessions seasonally.
- Participate in new stores’ set-up and opening.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials/ signs and other kinds of display.
- Ensure each stores get materials they need before promotions.
- Follow up on display materials provided by brands and suppliers
- Visit our stores regularly to ensure a neat appearance of the store.
- Manage budgets allocated for visual merchandising materials, props, and displays.
- Source cost-effective materials without compromising quality.
- Develop and implement store layout plans that maximize traffic flow and encourage exploration.
- Consider factors such as lighting, signage, and overall store ambiance.
- Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

**What you’ll need**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the beauty or retail industry
- Great creativity in visual presentation and marketing.
- Knowlegde in different types of display methods, especially for testers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Detail oriented
