Parts Advisor

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their motorcycles, boats, ATV's or UTV.
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to fulfill parts orders
- Conduct market research to stay informed about new parts and pricing trends
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department

**Skills**:

- Previous experience as a Parts Person in a motorsports dealership or related industry is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of motorsports vehicles and their parts is essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with parts management software/systems.

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wawa, ON P0S 1K0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
