**Résumé des fonctions... **:Offre du service à la clientèle en exécutant les tâches assignées dans le terminal portatif et les tâches liées aux modules tout en stockant et en zonant l’aire de vente, puis en offrant de l’aide pour répondre aux besoins des clients en matière d’achat. Cela sera accompli en s'assurant que la marchandise se trouve au bon endroit dans un environnement propre et sécuritaire. Cet associé travaille en tant que membre de l’équipe pour planifier et exécuter stratégiquement les tâches selon la charge de travail et les tendances habituelles de la clientèle.

Ce que vous ferez...

Offre un excellent service à la clientèle en accueillant tous les clients poliment et de manière courtoise, aide les clients en faisant la promotion des produits et des services, repère la marchandise et prend des décisions d’achats, résout les problèmes liés aux clients et transmet les préoccupations, s’il y a lieu.
Passe en revue la charge de travail pour le secteur assigné de la succursale.
Traite la marchandise, effectue le PDC pour les emplacements de stockage, stocke les sélections dans le cadre du processus de disponibilité pour les clients.
Exécute les changements de prix et installe le bon affichage.
Imprime, aménage et finalise les modules, met en place les articles-vedettes et les secteurs nécessitant de la commercialisation.
Exécute le processus Travailler la section - intégrité du module, erreurs d’IP et de capacité par tablette.
Traite la marchandise récupérée du comptoir du service à la clientèle et exécute les tâches de zonage dans les secteurs assignés.
Contribue à garder un environnement de travail sécuritaire, propre et sans débris dangereux, conformément à la directive et aux procédures de la Compagnie, y compris remplir les registres de balayage de sécurité et confirmer que les présentoirs sont sécurisés.
Aide et soutient les autres équipes dans leurs tâches afin de répondre aux besoins des clients.
