Our head office is located in Lachine fifteen minutes from downtown Montreal and we are currently looking for a Quality Control Inspector with experience in the manufacturing field for a permanent position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all quality control activities
- Implement and supervise a quality control system, reports of non-compliance and non-conformities
- Inspect all manufactured parts at each production cycle in order to respect technical drawings, quality and compliance with design and specifications requirements
- Ensures the execution of the tasks and mandates according to the agreed schedule and technical requirements
- Ensures that specific technical reports are created and maintained and Inspect work that is subcontracted
- Submit quality control reports to clients for approval and qualify suppliers
- Inspect work in the field or at suppliers as required.
- Identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality
- Other related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- A Bachelor’s or Master degree in industrial engineering or related field
- 10 years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Well organized and great attention to detail
- Experience in a custom manufacturing environment involving extrusions, plastics, machining, electrical wiring, welding, and finishing using steel, stainless steel, aluminum, composite materials and glass; paint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- Own a vehicle

Notre siège social est situé à Lachine à quinze minutes du centre-ville de Montréal et nous somme présentement à la recherche d’un Inspecteur en Contrôle de Qualité ayant de l’expérience dans le domaine manufacturier pour un poste permanent.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Responsable pour toutes les activités de contrôle de qualité
- Implémenter et superviser un système de contrôle de qualité incluant les rapports de conformité et non-conformité
- Examiner toutes les pièces fabriquées à chaque cycle de production afin de respecter les dessins techniques
- S’assurer de l’exécution des tâches et mandats selon l’échéancier convenu et les exigences techniques
- S’assurer que les rapports techniques spécifiques sont créés et maintenus
- Examiner le travail qui est sous-traité
- Soumettre des rapports de contrôle de qualité aux clients pour leur approbation et qualifier les fournisseurs
- Examiner le travail sur le terrain ou chez des fournisseurs tel que requis et identifier des approches et méthodes pour améliorer la qualité globale
- Toutes autres tâches connexes

QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPÉTENCES
- Un Baccalauréat ou Maîtrise en génie industriel ou discipline connexe
- 10 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Habileté à lire des dessins techniques
- Bien organisé et porte une grande attention au détail
- Expérimenté dans un environnement manufacturier de fabrication sur mesure impliquant des extrusions, plastiques, de la machinerie, du câblage électrique, de la soudure et finition avec de l’acier, acier inoxydable, aluminium, des matériaux en composite et en verre et peinture
