Counter Sales

**Job Title**: Counter Sales / Parts / Purchasing

**Location**: 200 Saskatchewan Rd., Outlook, SK

**Job purpose**:This position’s primary responsibilities include increasing sales and profitability through the provision of quality customer service and retail sales, meeting necessary shipping/receiving targets, purchase stock and maintain inventory levels.

**Key Result Areas**
- Consistently treats customers with integrity, honesty and credibility
- Contributes to the orderliness of retail space
- Processes POS transactions efficiently
- Ensure that orders are shipped accurately and efficiently within desired time frame
- Build meaningful, useful relationships with suppliers
- Ensure inventory levels are well maintained, suited to the market demands and within budgets

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and deliver personalized attention to each, always providing the best in quality service and value
- Help retail customers locate products and advise on products as appropriate
- Process POS transactions and payments
- Maintain a clean and presentable retail space, and stock shelves
- Gather and package customer orders, and will-call orders
- Ship and track shipments as needed
- Working as a team to achieve collective goals
- Operate various types of forklifts to unload/load pipe and skids for customers
- Work within budgets and maintain inventory levels by purchasing and transferring in parts
- Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
