C’est le moment parfait, cher **Assistant (e) contrôleur(e)**, pour te joindre à notre équipe dynamique et ainsi nous aider à supporter notre croissance Sous la supervision du Contrôleur régional basé au siège régional à Montréal, l'assistant(e) contrôleur(e) supervisera les activités quotidiennes. Il effectuera également les tâches de fermeture mensuelle et de reddition de compte de l’unité E360s à Québec. Il participera par ailleurs à la budgétisation et l'analyses des coûts ainsi qu'à l'explication des écarts.

**Ton quotidien avec nous ressemblera à**:

- Produire les états financiers mensuels ainsi qu’effectuer les analyses de variance des résultats d’exploitation et des coûts
- Concilier les comptes de bilan, effectuer les conciliations bancaires et les écritures de fin de mois (tels que l’amortissement des immobilisations, la prise de courus, FPA, revenus reportés)
- Participer activement aux activités quotidiennes du département de comptabilité
- Partager tes idées afin de nous aider à optimiser nos processus
- Responsable des remises gouvernementales (TPS-TVQ, acomptes provisionnels)
- Supporter l’équipe financière corporative de E360s dans les projets spéciaux tels que les acquisitions et leur intégration, migration de système comptable, implantation de KPI,
- Assister la direction afin de contrôler les coûts et leur fournir des informations de suivi sur ceux-ci ainsi que leur proposer des recommandations;
- Préparer et analyser les états financiers;
- Préparer les rapports de gestion pour le siège social;
- Apporter sa contribution dans les dossiers d'analyses tel que : variance, rentabilité et profit par clients
- Toute autre tâche connexe ou projet spécial pouvant survenir dans le cadre de l'activité

BI, divers rapports de gestion, etc.
- En résumé, ton implication sera reconnue, tes responsabilités seront variées et tu auras la collaboration de toute une équipe tissée serrée

**Notre collègue idéal possède**:

- BAC ou DEC en comptabilité
- Expérience pertinente d’au moins de 3 ans
- Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel
- Connaissance et maîtrise de Sage 300 et Sage 50 (atout)
- Excellent sens de l’organisation, de la gestion du temps et des priorités
- Souci du détail et des échéanciers
- Aptitude à travailler en équipe; attitude positive
- Rigueur, discernement, autonomie, réactivité
