- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, bubble teas, and food items with attention to detail and quality.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while following company policies for cash handling.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Must able to work Monday to Thursday 3:30pm-11:30pm and Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Must able to work on some weekends shifts based on business needs.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn about coffee brewing techniques and menu offerings is essential.
