**Position**

We are recruiting for an experienced Parts and Warranty Advisor to join our team in Mississauga, ON. You must have experience with high volume calls. Daily, your role will include the following:

- Offer your expertise and knowledge on replacement parts for various types of automotive lifts and service equipment
- Provide excellent after-sales service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Strong attention to time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner
- **Handle and solve warranty issues **in a timely manner
- Assist with preparing courier and freight documents for shipping of products
- Scheduling **service installations/inspections/repairs** for our service teams
- Other supportive tasks as required by the Customer Support Manager

You have previously worked in a similar role, where you have earned a reputation for your strong work ethic, organization, and commitment to excellence. You have a knack for deepening the relationship with existing customers. You will ensure tasks are completed and are skillful in delivering a high level of customer support. You take pride in understanding your customers’ needs, providing them with a solution, and earning their repeat business. You meet or exceed the following requirements:

- You are highly organized
- You are a strong communicator with **exceptional customer service**:

- You possess basic mathematics, computer competency
- Knowledge of automotive service equipment
- Mechanically inclined
- You have a high sense of urgency and are committed to **continuous improvement**:

- Previous parts experience is an asset.
- You are proficient in English (both written and oral). French language skills are an asset.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year plus unlimited commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
