We have an opening for two Lash Technicians in our beautiful and trusted Downtown Duncan Beauty Collective.

We are a one stop beauty location serving Cowichan with clients visiting us from all over Vancouver Island and those who fly to see us from the mainland. We offer: medical aesthetics, nails, facials, spray tans, brow waxing/lamination & lash tints/lifts, laser hair removal, Naturopathic skin consults & more.

We are a women owned and run business who are very passionate about providing top notch services and go above and beyond for our clients.

We are looking for someone who has clientele or is willing to work hard (alongside us) to build up clientele.

This position is commission paid + 100% of tips (very competitive split) no chair rental fee.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform eyelash extension services with precision and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize retail sales skills to recommend and upsell products and services
- Manage front desk duties as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Lash Tech Course certification
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Ability to upsell products and services
- Customer service-oriented mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Tips
