SPARK is continuing to grow and we are looking to add a Clinic Assistant to our team, as a part-time employee SPARK Pediatric Services is a private practice in the Windsor-Essex area serving children with developmental challenges and their families. SPARK offers a variety of therapies and services to meet children's unique needs. The Clinic Assistant will engage in a variety of tasks to support SPARK’s services and operations.

**Location**: This position will operate out of our Windsor and Lakeshore clinics.

**Hours of work**: Hours of work are part-time (between 10-25 hours/week). Shifts may include daytimes and evening hours, but are flexible around family obligations and other commitments.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Greeting clients and their families
- Managing front desk operations
- Conducting intake phone calls and maintaining detailed and accurate records of clients’ demographic and referral information
- Maintaining and respecting confidentiality of client and office information
- Preparing materials for SPARK’s programs
- Tidying, organizing, and assisting with light cleaning tasks
- Other administrative duties

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Education and experience in an administrative or clinical intake role, preferred
- Comfort with learning new computer software and access to a personal computer
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Takes initiative and works well independently
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
