Thanks to your involvement in the various processes related to OTC collateral management, portfolio reconciliation and transactionnel support you participate in the transformation of the Bank.
**Your role**:
- Manage a team of professionals of approximately 14 people, responsible for delivering the various activities
- Maintain and develop expertise of financial transactions in the various systems, as well as the life cycle management
- Provide customer-focused support to our various partners/clients
- Simplify and improve processes related to our daily activities, new products, and auditor recommendations
- Build and maintain good relationships with our various stakeholders (Compliance, Operational compliance, Operations, FO-Negotiators, Risk, IT, etc.) and ensure effective ongoing communication
- Develop, implement and enhance controls and tools to achieve high quality standards and minimize operational risks related to activities
- Act as a coach and guide the team to develop their potential by identifying learning and development opportunities while reinforcing versatility.
**Your team**:
Being the Managerof the OTC Collateral, portfolio reconciliation and transactional support team means working with a dynamic and evolving group where the work is stimulating and diversified. It means taking the necessary actions to deliver the service offer while aiming to improve the efficiency, productivity, quality and profitability of your sector. It also means mobilizing and maximizing the contribution of your employees, while ensuring their evolution and the development of their skills through personalized coaching.
Your knowledge of the sector and the various products, your management experience and your interest in risk management and credit risk will make you stand out.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Trade Reporting and Collateral management and is located in downtown Montreal.
**Prerequisites**:
- Bachelor's degree related to the business line and 7 years of relevant experience or Master's degree related to the business line and 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated leadership
- Significant experience in personnel management
- Experience in financial markets
- Good knowledge of OTC derivatives
- Organizational ability to manage projects and daily activities
- Demonstrated ability in change management
- Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English essential
