On Call Casual Staff

Pathway Community Services is looking for people to work on an On-Call basis.

There would be a daily stipend for being on-call and if a shift is worked that day you are paid the stipend and the wages for the shift worked. The on-call pattern(s) would be Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.

**Responsibilities**:

- To collaboratively assist with the day-to-day operations of the residence in order to maintain a high standard of living within our communities.
- To dependably implement every individual’s plan of care exactly as written
- To provide a safe, structured, educational and developmentally appropriate home environment that promotes a sense of well-being, self-confidence, belonging and independence for the individual.
- To collaborate with the individuals and their larger network to pro-actively promote opportunities for inclusion in all environments.
- To efficiently meet all documentation requirements within established timelines
- To commit to all scheduled shifts

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years previous work in a similar environment
- Certificate and/or degree in the Social Services or related field (asset)
- Class 5 driver’s license (preferred) Minimum of Class 4 required for some positions.
- NVCI or MANDT (preferred)
- Commitment and adherence to all points in Job Description
