**About The Role**

We are looking for an Energetic Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team Reporting into our Head of Marketing, the Marketing Events Coordinator will generate awareness around our presence at trade shows and major events around the world. As an events marketer your focus will be flawless execution of our annual events, creating campaigns encouraging prospective buyers and clients to meet with us at our booth, and oversight of all promotions and messaging leading up to and following events.

**How You'll Make An Impact**
- Planning and execution of all assigned external trade shows/events collaboratively with the Head of Marketing, internal cross-functional teams and external event partners.
- Coordinates all aspects of assigned trade shows and events - including (but not limited to) event contracting, execution of logistics, staffing, registration, exhibit space selection, booth layout, shipping, lodging, travel reservations, booth asset management, pre
- and post-show communications, social media promotion, meeting fulfillment, budget adherence, lead collection & distribution, working with third party vendors, etc.
- Works with Head of Marketing to ensure consistency in branding, key messaging, and audience experience at shows/events and digital marketing campaigns.
- Assists with post-event follow-up, staff evaluations, lead collection, budget reconciliation, and meeting recaps.
- Organize digital campaigns and webinars, ensuring smooth execution from a planning and scheduling standpoint.
- Supports planning and execution of marketing digital campaigns and customer communications.
- Supports Head of Marketing with other related duties as assigned.

**What We're Looking For**
- Associates degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2 -3 years of experience with event management and marketing in a B2B environment, including related college internships or contract work.
- Technology industry experienced preferred
- Proven experience and desire to build and execute marketing events and digital marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Demonstrated ability to support complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
- Strong project and budget management skills.
- Use of KPI’s and marketing techniques for marketing event management and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment yet be independently productive.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable, flexible, agile mindset.
- Time management and attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to travel to marketing events is required. Up to 40%. Travel will vary seasonally based on event/trade show calendar.
