About the Role:
Bosa Properties is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team of talented real estate professionals. Reporting to the Sales Manager this individual will have a unique opportunity to build strong relationships for Fifteen Fifteen in Downtown Vancouver.

From masterplan communities in high growth markets to individual luxury towers connected to the most coveted real estate, Bosa Properties is at the forefront of urban residential development.

**What You'll Do**
- Provide support on sales strategy by delivering a unique and unforgettable customer experience from the moment of the first point of contact with our clients;
- Walk clients through every point of the process, from cultivating a database of registrants, to communicating and meeting with prospects and leads regularly, to guiding them through floorplans, amenities and suite finishes, to officially closing new home sales;
- Manage CRM records, registrant data, reports, contracts, and client details to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance;
- Build an inclusive environment that balances challenge and support for the team through collaboration;
- Identify and explore improvement methods for client experience.

What you Bring:

- One (1) years of experience in a luxury real estate pre-sale environment;
- Proven ability to lead and motivate an inclusive team focused on results and learning;
- Demonstrated ability to listen intently and work collaboratively, building strong relationships across the organization and with external partners;
- Provide strategic input and expertise during the conceptual phase of a real estate development projects;
- Ability to manage operations efficiently and effectively to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Ability to speak multiple languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Farsi, Punjabi, Hindi, etc) will be considered an asset.
