We are looking for a qualified **Survey Rodman / Rodwoman **to join a growing team in Toronto office for the RSSOM project. You will be part of an iconic international project comprising of an incredibly talented team of engineers and construction employees

**Role and Responsibilities**

The **Survey Rodman/Rodwoman **will be responsible for supporting Surveyors and surveying crews during the measurement of land and grade.
- Visit work/construction sites for land measurements.
- Using basic mathematics and reading numerals.
- Provide accurate survey rod readings on the request and direction of surveyor.
- Work in varying weather conditions and work environments including dusty, wet, loud noises, etc.
- Keep company vehicle, tools and equipment clean and orderly, informing management of any safety concerns.
- Comply with all RSSOM policies, procedures and safety requirements.
- Perform any other general duties as specified.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- 0-1 years experience assisting in surveying procedures, operations and providing survey rod readings.
- High school diploma.
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Work environments will vary making it necessary to tolerate weather conditions. Employees may be exposed to dust, dirt, varying temperatures, loud noises, etc.
