**MCI **is North America’s public and private market motor coach leader. Products include the luxury** **J-Series (an industry best-seller for over a decade), the workhorse D-Series, and the brand new zero-emission luxury and commuter coaches: the battery-electric J4500 CHARGE and MCI D45 CRT LE CHARGE. MCI also provides maintenance, repair, 24-hour roadside assistance, parts, and technician training through the industry’s only Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) accredited MCI Academy.

The position is coordination of business value added projects including the design, testing, documentation, training, and implementation of customized business solutions to meet the requirements of processes associated with our ERP and related business systems.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Work with various ERP and IOT data sources to address challenges in quality and manufacturing.
- Create and operationalize analytical models to promote an evidence-based decision-making culture.
- Assist the organization to strengthen their data quality and usage in business planning, operations, and research.
- Assist the organization and its business areas to improve its data and statistical literacy, and adoption of appropriate technologies to problem solve and create insights for decision-making.
- Update training, and documentation.
- Deliver user training to operating groups as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Post secondary education in a business or STEM field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Any combination of training and/or certifications in Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Programming, etc. (preferred)
- Two years of experience with databases, ETL, and data warehousing.
- Two years of experience with designing, developing and operationalizing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using business intelligence tools.
- Proficient in Python and SQL programming.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; Expert Excel skills including Power Query and visualization tools such as PowerBI.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and possesses initiative to seek improvements.
- Exceptional data problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, extremely organized, self-starter, detail oriented, strong computing and facilitation skills
