Irrigation Foreman

VS Sprinkler is a division of VS Landscape Group which provides residential and commercial lawn irrigation and landscape lighting services in Ottawa, Canada and the surrounding areas. VS Landscape Group has been in business for over 27 Years and has 1000’s of happy customers. VS Sprinkler is seeking interested and motivated individual(s), who have a positive attitude and good work ethic to join their team which operates in the spring, summer, and fall seasons.

**POSITION OVERVIEW - IRRIGATION FOREMAN**

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Install irrigation systems for residential & commercial properties
- Prepare irrigation designs and layouts
- Interpret designs to develop effective irrigation system layouts
- Ensure effective and efficient operation of all irrigation systems
- Collaborate with customers to create unique solutions
- Lead crew to complete work safely and efficiently
- Assist with sales, including quoting and estimating
- Develop skills & knowledge of crew members
- Document all onsite activity and track progress through CRM system
- Uphold safe work practices

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
*
- At least 5 years experience in the lawn irrigation industry
- Horticultural experience is considered an Asset
- Valid provincial driver’s license. AR or equivalent license is an asset
- Ability to work safely as part of a team and possess the willingness to learn and progress.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:

- Seasonal Employment; Year-round employment available as follows:

- Sprinkler Services: Spring, Summer, Fall
- Snow Removal Services: Winter
- Must be 18 years of age or older

*Compensation based on qualifications and experience : $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
