Metal Framer

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our team. The Framer will be responsible for constructing the framework of buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs, using various materials and tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood, metal, or other materials to build frameworks
- Install structures such as windows, doors, and staircases
- Repair or replace damaged framework structures
- Operate hand tools and heavy equipment as needed for framing tasks
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a framer or carpenter preferred
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Knowledge of siding, drywall installation, concrete forming, and restoration techniques
- Ability to operate heavy equipment for framing purposes
- Skilled in using hand tools for precise framing work
- Capable of heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
