**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all transportation and customer service activities are performed safely and promptly while providing a courteous service to clients in accordance with corporate policies, practices, government regulations, Canadian Rail Operating Rules and special instructions
- Coordinate train handling, adherence to schedules, operating rules, speed restrictions and regulatory requirements, and initiating remedial action to eliminate undesirable operation practices
- Ensure that all passengers are safely aboard the train.
- Be familiar with the route and schedule of the train.
- Maintain communication with other conductors and dispatchers.
- Be able to handle any emergencies that may arise during the journey.
- As a train crew member, you will report directly to the Director of Rail Operations. You will interact with guests on board the train and ensure that safety standards are met on board the train.
- You possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in the rail industry preferably as a Conductor, experience as a Railway Supervisor, Trainmaster or Superintendent or experience in crew management will also be considered
- Your Rules Qualification is be required
- Your English communication skills are excellent
- Additional information: The incumbent of this position must be able to work on different shifts.

Part-time hours: 10 - 25 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
