Are you ready to join the ultimate party scene? '**Déjà Vu Bar & Karaoke**' is seeking energetic and enthusiastic server to join our team. As a Server, you’ll play a key role in delivering an unforgettable karaoke experience for our guests. Your duties will include:
**Duties**
- Taking and processing food and drink orders.
- Serving meals and beverages with a smile.
- Assisting guests with karaoke equipment and song selection.
- Maintaining a clean and organized service area.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure top-notch service.
- Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure a smooth operation.
- Assist with setting up and managing special events or themed nights.
- Help monitor and restock supplies as needed.

**Qualifications**
- **Smart Serve Certification**: Completion of the Smart Serve certification is required. This certification ensures staff are trained in responsible alcohol service and legal requirements in Ontario.
- **Previous Experience**: Experience in a restaurant or bar setting is an asset but not mandatory.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for providing high-quality customer service.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members.
- **Adaptability**: Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially during busy karaoke nights.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and potentially late nights as required.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and carrying trays of food and drinks.

**Compensation**:

- Hourly wage plus tips.
- Tips are pooled and fairly distributed among all staff based on hours worked and roles.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $16.56 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
