**Necessary Qualifications**:

- possession of a valid B.C. Teaching Certificate;
- university training, or its equivalent, relevant to the posted position; and,
- successful teaching experience relevant to the posted position

- Essential qualifications including a Master’s Degree in psychological counselling.
- a valid BC Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle**
The counsellor will provide support services in a psychological education capacity to students, individually, in groups, in classroom and provide consultative support to school staff and will liaison as required with families and other agencies.
