IT Technician

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the daily maintenance of mining machines and networks.
- Inspect and record the status of machines, report and resolve common issues when necessary.
- Monitor network status and make adjustments to the temperature system of the mining facility.
- Maintain cleanliness of the premises and organize all items and equipment within the facility.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office software and ability to learn mining monitoring software.
- Strong learning ability to quickly understand and adapt to the use of various brand products, providing excellent support to users.
- Ability to use equipment such as power tools and lift objects weighing at least 15kg.
- Education in fields such as network security, computer science, electronic circuits, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency in either English or French.
- Possession of a valid Canadian driver's license and availability for on-call work (night shift) after the probation period.
- Interest in the cryptocurrency market and blockchain industry, with some knowledge of the blockchain industry and experience in computer hardware and software operations preferred.
- Work Location: Sherbrooke, Quebec.
- Regular working hours: Day shift 8am-4pm, Night shift 2pm-10pm (Summer: Day shift 7am-3pm, Night shift 1pm-9pm in Winter).

**Salary**: $38,687.76-$84,816.60 per year
