The main responsibilities of this position are as follows:

- Supervises and coordinates front counter staff to ensure operational standards are being met (hospitality, cleanliness, health and safety, speed of service and brand standards)
- Train staff on job duties, including operation, food safety, cleaning and health and safety standards
- Ensures all records for waste, production, temperature logs are properly maintained
- Resolves customer complaints as needed
- Works the restaurant floor often and as needed, helping to prepare and serve food and beverages, bake whenever necessary and assist with all cleaning procedures
- Closes the restaurant each night and prepares it for the next morning and completes all day-end procedures
