**What you will do**:
The incumbent will coordinate social media activity & campus events for Bahasa-speaking international students from Indonesia as well as local/virtual recruitment events to support the Asia recruitment team.

**Key Duties**:

- Provides support to student’s throughout the admissions process to ensure they successfully get through each step (ex. submitting all required documents, accepting an offer, paying fees, registering, etc.)
- Design or translate promotional materials into Bahasa for use at recruitment events
- Monitors & updates social media platforms for Asia recruitment team
- Coordinates distribution and shipping marketing materials to agent offices in Indonesia, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.
- Coordinates reception & logistics for visiting delegations, agents and partners from Indonesia, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.
- Supports & participates in recruitment events whether local/virtual, as well as open houses, school tours and campus visits
- Plans & implements social activities for Bahasa-speaking prospective and current students
- Develops market reports for Asia Recruitment Manager based on social media analytics

**What you bring to the role**:
**Education**

Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with international students from Indonesia

**Experience & Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa (including presentation skills and cross-cultural sensitivity); this is a mandatory requirement
- Data collection skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to manage stressful and complex time-sensitive situations with a high degree of diplomacy and discretion
- Strong client service, conflict resolution, problem-solving skills; research and analytical skills
- Superior organizational, planning, coordinating and time-management skills
- Knowledge of Humber international admission systems (Banner, CRM, Hloc, AMS) is an asset
