The ideal Warehouse Worker is a team player, forward thinker, and is key to our operational workflow. Whether the challenge is to load a large order, maintain an accurate inventory, or process equipment to our rental ready standards, attitude and accuracy is key.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the day-to-day activities in the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and optimizing processes for maximum productivity.
- Implementing effective inventory management strategies, conducting regular stock checks, and managing stock levels to avoid shortages or overages.
- Following safety regulations and best practices and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Pick up and return of third party vendors
- Pick up and return of possible uhaul or truck rentals.
- Checking out and packing inventory into the vehicles for the next event
- Check in inventory from return vehicles and restore inventory to proper areas
- Maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse and its inventories
- Documentation of inventory through photographs
- Assist with catalogue and inventory list if necessary.
- Custom creating or building inventory required for the next event
- Collaborate with other departments, such as planners, designers, and florists, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Collaborate with all full-time staff with any reconstruction of the office that may affect the warehouse inventory.
- Maintenance of the vehicles to make sure it is running smoothly for the next event.
- Assisting with on-site event team if required.
- Loading the truck for events when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to accurately multitask under pressure with attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
- Flexible schedule
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Experience with Excel is an asset
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Willingness to work additional time where necessary to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Second language is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
