**Skill and requirements**:

- Able to discuss aspects of job with clients when needed
- Comfortable with reading and scaling civil plans and have a good understanding of slope/ grades
- Confident ability to operate grader/ fine grade large areas.
- Able to fine grade gravel with skid steer
- Has experience and can operate skid steer milling heads, sweeper buckets
- Task oriented, able to direct crew members and competently run a jobsite
- Fill out job reports at the end of each day.
- Should understand how to measure areas

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38.00-$48.00 per hour
