The Supervisor is responsible to ensure all programs are consistent with AllSteps Mission, Vision, Values and Program Statement. The Registered Early Childhood Educator will fulfill the goals of the organization through the following competencies:

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Administrative Duties**
- Ensure all records are kept up to date as required by Ministries, Consolidated Municipal Service Manager, and Public Health.
- Supervises the implement and adhere to AllSteps policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing communication regarding children, families, and co-workers.

**Child Care and Early Years Act (C.C.E.Y.A.)**
- Responsible for all standards of operations, recorded and responded to license inspections, pertaining to, but not limited to, the C.C.E.Y.A., M.O.H., and P.H.

**Financial Management**
- Prepared bi-weekly payroll, work within budgetary allocations, including Accounts Receivable.

**Human Resources**
- Participate in employee selection and interviewing
- Create a positive climate for teamwork

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Registered Early Childhood Educator or equivalent, minimum 2 years progressive experience in a licensed child care setting.
- In good standing with the College of Early Childhood Education
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR Certification
- Complete a Criminal Reference Check

Current immunization record

Working knowledge of computer software relevant to position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
