**Position**: Talent Acquisition Partner

**Department**: Human Resources

**Reports to**: Director, Human Resources

**Objectives of this role**
- Work closely with Human Resources and business Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs and priorities for each role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Partner with the HR team and business Managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders to build and support recruitment strategies.
- Conduct research and makes recommendations to support the development and implementation of modernized recruitment related programs, processes and guidelines.
- Write and post job descriptions/postings on relevant platforms, particularly social media, measuring the success and reach of each method.
- Provide recruitment related coaching and guidance to members of the HR team.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs as needed.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Five or more years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field preferred.
- Experience in developing recruitment strategy, preferred.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, professionalism and decision-making skills.
- Advanced knowledge of relational database management, and internet job search methods, job boards and HR computer systems in a Microsoft environment.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment marketing methods.
- Great time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to travel to all MacLean sites in Ontario required.
- Bilingualism French/English an asset.
