**Dans votre rôle idéal, vous allez**:

- Prendre en charge la résolution de problèmes techniques avec le soutien des autres services;
- Soutenir techniquement les activités quotidiennes de la production;
- Investiguer les causes racines de problèmes et analyser les solutions potentielles en évaluant les coûts, les impacts et les risques d’un changement en production;
- Être à l'affut des façons d'améliorer les stratégies manufacturières et de fabrication en plus de prendre part à des projets de recherche et de développement;
- Définir, valider et corriger les cahiers de montage ou gamme de réparation et/ou de fabrication destinés à la production de composantes d'avions;
- Interpréter ou approuver les dessins et autres documents provenant du service de l'ingénierie;
- Définir les outils nécessaires à la fabrication ou à l’assemblage de composantes d'avion afin d'assurer le tolérancement géométrique requis;
- Harmoniser l'implantation de changements d'ingénierie ou de stratégie d'assemblage et ce en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les services d'ingénierie, de logistique des matières, de la qualité et de production;
- Assurer la faisabilité et planifier les changements demandés par la production et par les clients;
- Identifier les opportunités d’éliminer les non-valeurs ajoutées en optimisant la production.
- Vous possédez un diplôme d’étude collégial technique et/ou une expérience équivalente;
- Vous possédez de l’expérience dans le domaine manufacturier et aéronautique (un atout) 3 à 5 ans d’expérience;
- Vous êtes à l'aise en lecture de dessins techniques, avez une bonne visualisation 3D et un bon esprit d'analyse;
- Vous avez un sens logique développé et un bon esprit mécanique;
- Vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe, vous êtes reconnu pour votre persévérance et votre jugement;
- Vous êtes innovateur et possédez un bon processus décisionnel;
- Vous avez l’esprit client développé et possédez des bonnes aptitudes de communication interpersonnelle;
- Vous connaissez les logiciels de dessins assistés par ordinateur tels Catia, Enovia ;
- Vous connaissez un ou plusieurs logiciels de Planification des ressources de l'entreprise (ERP)
- Vous maîtrisez la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
