**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of gas-powered appliances such as stoves, ovens, water heaters, and furnaces.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition and performance of appliances.
- Install, test, and maintain gas lines and connections according to safety standards and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining repairs, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
- Recommend and discuss repair or replacement options with customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies related to appliance repair.

**Requirements**:

- Gas Fitter certification is an asset (Gas B/C ticket).
- Proven experience as an Appliance / Food equipment Repair Technician, preferably with specialization in gas-powered appliances.
- Strong knowledge of gas appliances and their components, including gas lines, valves, and regulators.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a variety of appliances.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and understanding of wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
