Janitor/concierge

Our placement agency is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced **Janitor/ Concierge** to join our team in the **Pointe-Claire** area.
- We are looking for a couple or an individual_ who is willing to work the whole week or extra hours as needed. Join our team and become an essential part of providing an **exceptional living experience for our residents in Pointe-Claire**. With the added responsibility of building management, you will be involved in various tasks such as cleaning common areas, performing maintenance duties, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property.

**YOU HAVE THE POSSIBILITY TO RESIDE IN THE SAME BUILDING**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the **cleanliness of entrances, common areas, terrace, pool, and gym.**:

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and entrances.
- Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Clean and perform tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas.
- Perform **general cleaning **duties and administrative work as required.
- Maintain a clean working environment in all areas.
- Manage property spaces and systems, including indoor parking and storage areas.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the land surrounding the building.
- Collaborate with property management to address maintenance issues promptly and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational.
- Multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in general building maintenance (DEP in general building maintenance is an asset).
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

**Salary**: $15.25-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
