**We are currently looking to expand our shipping team by adding a additional member to the Afternoon Shift**
- ** Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday**

**Roles and Responsible**:

- Responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming materials. Particularly reviewing BOL and weight manifests for orders to ensure accuracy
- Responsible for assembling orders and scanning orders into the ERP system with accuracy.
- Responsible for printing out orders and matching them with their relevant work order, as well as submitting the appropriate documentation to the Accounting Department.
- Utilize the scanners to download inventory data and print manifests.
- Responsible for organizing and rotate inventory based on, and in accordance with, the FIFO method
- Inspect incoming deliveries, assist with loading, and unload trucks
- Memorize, and become familiar with, both product and customer codes
- Actively participate with weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts
- Must be willing to be trained to move transport trucks into/ out of docks. **Shunting experience is not required but is considered a very strong asset**:

- Responsible for ensuring consistent communication and updates with both your Day Shift, and Afternoon Shift team. **Being a team player will all departments**
- Work safely in accordance with all Occupational HS and Food Safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Skills/Knowledge/Experience required to perform the job**:

- ** Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle**:

- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is required
- Food Manufacturing experience is considered a very strong asset
- Ability to navigate and use basic Microsoft programs such as Excel, and Word
- Previous experience with a RF Scan gun and utilizing an ERP is a strong asset
- Strong Interpersonal skills are required to effectively communicate with production personnel, drivers and all levels of the logistics and procurement department.
- Strong written communication skills are required to complete legal forms legibly with ensured accuracy.
- Analytical skills to perform receiving inspections.
- Shunting Experience (not required, but considered an asset)
