Technician/clerical

Overview:
We are seeking a permanent part time (with potential for full time hours) technician/clerical employee for our busy ophthalmology practice.

**Duties**:

- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records (EMR)
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide patient support and address inquiries or concerns
- Visual field/ OCT testing ( full equipment training provided)

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a clerical or health care role is an advantage but not required
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
