**Description**
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SAP system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including SAP developers, functional consultants, and infrastructure teams, to ensure efficient and effective utilization of system resources.
- Ensure the optimal performance, security, and availability of the SAP system.
- System Monitoring: Monitor the SAP system, databases, proactively identifying potential issues and optimizing system resources.
- Monitoring and maintenance of 3rd party SAP connected systems
- System Upgrades and Patching: Assist in planning and executing SAP system and OS upgrades, patches, and service packs, ensuring mínimal downtime and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve SAP system, database-related issues, including performance problems, connectivity errors, and data inconsistencies.
- Perform SAP Security enhancements and licensing activities for all the SAP environments and related integrated third-party tools running within the SAP landscapes for development, testing and production releases in compliance to ITGC and Sox controls.
- Research and Learning: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in SAP Basis administration, database management, and share knowledge with the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related work experience.
- Understanding of SAP Basis administration, including system installations, configurations, and system monitoring.
- Oracle database Knowledge preferred, particularly in the context of SAP systems.
- Prior Linux experience is preferred
- Familiarity with SAP administration tools, such as SAP Solution Manager, SAP Transport Management System (TMS), and SAP System Monitoring.
