- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Management Support:

- Provide support to management through data consolidation for reporting and forecasting purposes, including amounts received and draft invoices.
- Conduct analysis and provide insights on key company metrics to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Identify unique opportunities to leverage current data for insights and explore avenues for gathering additional, meaningful data.
- Assist in monthly management data analysis and reporting activities.
- Monitor upcoming business engagements, prepare materials, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Monthly Data Consolidation and Reporting:

- Compile and consolidate monthly data for reporting and forecasting purposes.
- Generate insightful analysis reports to aid in decision-making processes.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across various reports and databases.
- Technology adoption and continuous improvement:

- Provide critical assessment and support for current processes.
- Leverage our existing CRM system for data visualization and analysis.
- Continuously seek out and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Work with the service team to identify areas of opportunity to advance the technological sophistication of our services, internal operations, and the client experience.
- Implement new software solutions and process changes at the back end, liaising with third parties and vendors as necessary.
- Analyze and document business processes using various techniques.
- Undertake other activities within the remit of your area of work, as directed by the President.
- **Qualifications**_
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- 3 years + experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with Scoro, Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is highly desirable.
- Prior experience with implementing ERPs, CRMs and other software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's Degree (required)
