**Maintenance Person**

**Who we are looking for**:
**What you will be doing**:
**Perform maintenance tasks at all properties, including repairs, painting, landscaping, etc.**
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as power tools, hand tools, and equipment.
- Perform minor repairs when necessary (e.g. minor plumbing)
- Coordinate with the Superintendent (or other staff members) to perform required inspections and fix minor issues when necessary
- Keep logs of work performed
- Keep work areas clean and orderly at all times
- Perform other related duties as assigned or assigned by the Superintendent (or other staff members)

**Requirements**:
**High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 2.5 months

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

- Okotoks, AB T1S 0C5 (required)

Work Location: In person
