We are looking for an EXPERIENCED sales professional to take COMPANY-GENERATED leads and CLOSE sales in the home. Our leads are qualified, high-quality, and booked for you by our Appointment Center

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Drive to appointments at customer’s homes,
- Diagnose customer home issues by collecting information, taking pictures, and drawing diagrams,
- Deliver home repair solutions following our unique system,
- Meet or exceed sales goals.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a valid Driver’s License and own a clean, reliable vehicle.
- Possess strong listening and communication skills.
- Be coach-able and willing to follow a proven company sales process.
- Own a laptop and be proficient working with computer software.
- Detail-oriented, focused, and a team player with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
- Two (2) years customer-service experience, or equal combination of education and experience.
- Attend Sales Meetings.
- Meet company CRM information requirements.
