**About Us**:
Bartholomew Bakery is a busy, growing bakery known for our delicious pastries and welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for an energetic Front of House Manager to help lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring quality service and efficiency.
- Supervise and schedule staff, including baristas and cashiers.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement operational procedures to improve service and reduce waste.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous management or supervisory experience in food service, preferably in a bakery or café.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
