The HR Data Specialist will be responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle by handling processes concerning onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and employee relations.

The HR Data Specialist will also support diverse workforce administration processes, such as transfers, salary changes, promotions, and terminations. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions.

In addition, the HR Data Specialist will support employees with their questions and inquiries both in-person and on-line. Will lead and manage employee relations matters under the guidance of Strategic HR Partners.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Draft general letters, reports, and memos as required Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details.
- Compliance with internal HR practices aligned to labor laws.
- Respond to internal employee questions and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot workforce questions and issues concerning employees and management to ensure positive employee relations.
- With the partnership of the Strategic HR Partner, manage and lead employee relations investigations and documentation.
- Contribute to onboarding and offboarding efforts—follow frameworks for educational sessions for new hires and feedback and exit interviews for terminated employees.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data

**You’ll need to have**:

- 2+ years of experience in HR Administration Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in data input Familiarity with HRIS software
- Strong customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to work within a team
