Childcare Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Supervisor to join our team in the Hamilton area. The Childcare Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our childcare facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and programming for children

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**: Provide strong leadership and supervision to childcare staff, including Early Childhood Educators, Assistants, and other support staff. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- **Program Development**: Develop and implement developmentally appropriate programs and activities that promote the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including licensing standards, health and safety regulations, and childcare legislation.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any relevant concerns. Foster strong partnerships with families.
- **Staff Training and Development**: Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities for childcare staff to support their ongoing growth and skill development.
- **Health and Safety**: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement necessary measures to address any hazards or concerns.
- **Administration and Record Keeping**: Complete necessary administrative tasks, including attendance records, incident reports, and other documentation required for licensing and regulatory compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
