**REPORTS TO**: LEAD QA TECHNICIAN

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Build and maintain a problem report in the database and help identify the severity and priority of bugs;
- Provide the development teams with a QA approach and take appropriate action with the teams to keep the levels as stable as possible;
- Generate custom builds to test specific functionalities before they are sent to the development teams;
- Ensure regular follow-up on major issues with the QA Dev team;
- Identify the source and causes of new bugs using previous releases and isolating different variables;
- Monitor the status of new versions and determine the source of errors;
- Test and deliver new versions of tools including patches to production teams;
- Provide level 1 (installation and configuration) and level 2 (support and troubleshooting) support for game development teams;
- Create and maintain test plans for tools, pipelines and the game itself;
- Write and send notes on the status and deployment of builds.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Minimum of three (3) years QA Dev experience (or equivalent);
- Knowledge of Perforce or other source code controls;
- Have an understanding of production cycles and be able to judge the appropriate level of patches;
- Have a passion for cutting-edge technologies and computer science.
- Basic knowledge of Visual Studio (compiling and executing code);
- Knowledge of a programming language and/or batch files;
- Ability to link memory calls using the appropriate engine module.
