Woodshop Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- produce, and build wood products for trucks
- Assemble pieces using hand tools
- Use automated machinery, such as a CNC machine
- Set up and operate drill presses, table saws, lathes, routers, sanders and wood-nail gun
- Cut, shape, and smooth wooden parts
- Add fasteners, adhesives and connect the pieces to form a complete unit
- Stain wood products and set out to dry
- Routine maintenance on equipment

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with a CNC machine
- Ability to design drawings with auto cad software considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Production focused

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
