**Duties**:

- Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair options and costs
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs
- Utilize knowledge to accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Upsell additional services or repairs as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in automotive repair techniques
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle damage accurately
- Experience working in an automotive repair shop is a plus
- Ability to upsell services while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- experience using the Body Shop Connect program
