**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain landscapes and grounds, per property specifications.
- Keep accurate records of activities, hours worked, materials used, areas serviced, and other information about the job site.
- Communicate with property owners about maintenance services.
- Create and implement landscaping designs for residential properties with areas for planting flowers and arranging shrubbery.
- Make sure that employees are using the proper equipment for their assigned tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Signing bonus
- Tips

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
