We need an individual who can complete daily tasks to ensure each project is completed on schedule.

Skills we are looking for:

- Ability to supervise and coordinate the day-to-day work activities of lawn care, hedge trimming, weeding etc.
- Ability to cultivate a positive work environment and instil an ethic of teamwork and professionalism among the team
- Experience with property maintenance
- Can operate various tools, including lawnmowers, weed whippers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance of tools and equipment by conducting daily inspections, lubricating, and cleaning.
- Strong leadership skills
- Clean drivers abstract/have experience towing a trailer
- Above all else, we need more workers who know how to properly shape and trim hedges and shrubs and someone who knows their way around an irrigation system; we are only looking to hire people if they have at least one of these two skills.
