Details of the position:

- **Positions at the following locations**: Oxbow Public school in Ilderton
- **Qualifications**: RECE / ECE Apprentices for permanent positions. Child and Youth worker and Non-ECEs will be considered for contract positions. (see more below regarding wages)
- In-between hours in childcare **may** be available to those who are interested in more hours. In-between hours are not guaranteed hours.
- **Benefits**: Permanent employment (RECE/ ECE Apprentice ) includes group benefits, paid time off and an RSP employee/employer contribution plan. To be a permanent employee and receive benefits, you must work at least 25hrs/wk.

- **Wages**:

- **RECE** -starting at $23.86/HR including an annual wage increase (AWI) through the Canada-wide Early Learning and Child Care Workforce compensation funding, Wage enhancement grant (WEG) and other additional funding.
- **ECE** **apprentice** -starting at $21.66/HR including a Wage enhancement grant (WEG) and additional funding
- **Child and Youth Worker diploma**-$21.66/HR including Wage enhancement grant (school-age groups only)
- **Other credentials(Non-ECE)**-starting at $19.13/HR including a Wage Enhancement grant (WEG).

These positions work all year round, including summer. Contract hours will be guaranteed on PA days and school holidays, including the summer, but schedules may vary based on the program's needs.
