**Job Summary**:As a Retail Mobile Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to transport and operate a mobile retail unit to various locations, bringing products and services directly to customers. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling merchandise from the mobile truck, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the retail business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Driving and Operating**:
- Safely operate and drive the mobile retail truck to designated locations, adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety and functionality.
- Set up and operate the mobile retail unit, including any necessary displays or equipment.
**Customer Service**:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and services offered from the mobile retail unit.
- Answer customer inquiries and address concerns effectively.
**Sales and Marketing**:
- Actively engage in sales activities, promoting products and driving sales to achieve targets.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase foot traffic to the mobile retail unit.
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate personnel.
**Cash Handling**:
- Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods responsibly.
**Maintenance**:
- Perform routine maintenance on the mobile retail unit, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
**Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and any customer feedback.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and other relevant metrics.
**Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes that may impact mobile retail operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid G driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in driving a commercial truck, especially mobile retail units, is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with mínimal supervision.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Physical fitness for tasks such as setting up displays and lifting merchandise.
- Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
Skills for Success:
1 to 3 years sales experience
Previous mobile sales experience an asset
Strong Customer Service orientation is a must
Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication
Self-disciplined, organized, ability to multitask and with good time management skills
Intermediate knowledge of computers and mobile devises
Reliable, Proficient and Professional
Self-motivated, competitive and an upbeat attitude
Ability to lift 55lbs. intermittently

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
