JOIN US for the summer as part of our Dock Crew. We are an accredited Sailing School looking for fun, dynamic, team players who want to have a great summer in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment.

Job duties include client relations, welcoming returning clients as a member of our dock crew, and the preparation of our fleet of 24 charter boats, ranging from 30 - 60' (Sail & Power). Spend your day detailing boats for charter, welcoming clients, and assisting with various tasks.

We are recruiting a team of full-time Charter Base Staff Members for the period of April - September 2023.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- NANAIMO, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
