Medical Aesthetician

As a member of our team you will have a strong sales background, an in depth knowledge of the skin, a strong motivation to keep learning and to challenge yourself. Computer skills and being social media active are an asset. We provide excellent training / onboarding and you will never be left alone until you are 100% comfortable with our equipment, skin care products and overall policies and procedures.

**Duties**:
1) Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments and services in accordance with industry guidelines, safety protocols, and medical spa standards, including but not limited to: Radio Frequency massage, Hydrafacial, IPL, Laser Hair Removal, Chemical Peels etc
2) Provide exceptional guest services and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
3) Conduct consultations: Assess clients' needs, analyze skin condition, and recommend suitable procedures and treatments tailored to their individual goals and concerns.

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid aesthetician certificate, preferably Medical aesthetics
- Previous experience in a hospitality or spa environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in a wide range of aesthetic treatments and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and
confident enough in their skills to promote and sell packages and skin care products
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and computer literate.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.

We provide 360 degrees of care for our clients so having the ability to educate them re complimentary services and products is paramount. We offer incentives and will train you on our services and products first but it is very important that you be confident and knowledgeable. A proven previous sales track record is a bonus.
