Appliance Technician

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain Clinton, ONs reputation as the leading manufacturer of high end appliances.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized service department.
- Perform routine maintenance on all Groves TV & Appliance equipment.
- Be accountable for time spent on non-repair duties such as customer relations, training, safety, and quality control in the service department
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure success as an employee and as the leader of the company.
- Provide consistent communication with management regarding personal performance, employee performance, customer satisfaction
- Work cooperatively with other Groves TV & Appliance employees and departments to ensure safety of customers and team members are prioritized accordingly.
- Maintain a clean work area including all tools required for daily tasks.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., climb ladders/stairs several times and drive a truck or trailer. **Must have valid G driver’s license.**

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
